    2. Savings accounts
    3. Investment accounts.

  2.  Can I open an account without initial funding?

    Yes. You can open an account without initial funding1, but it must funded within 5 days by the following means:

    1.Through Internet or Mobile Banking using the 'Transfer between my accounts' option
    2.By depositing cash or a cheque through a branch
    3. By using the 'Pay anyone' feature from an account held with another bank.

  3.  What products can I apply for via Internet Banking?

    You can apply for a range of products, including:

    1.Credit Cards
    2.Personal Loans
    3.Home Loans
    4.BT Super For Life
    5.directshares online broking
    6.Margin Lending

    Note: For security reasons, your Internet Banking session will be closed.

  4.  Can I view my application status for my Credit Card and Personal Loan?

    Yes. You can view the status of your Credit Card and Personal Loan application via Internet Banking. Simply select the 'Open New Account' menu and select 'View Application Status'.
